Returns/Exchanges
Please contact me BEFORE shipping anything back.
In Stock items in original/unused condition may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after the original sale or delivery date. Once I have received the item and verified it fits these terms, an exchange or return (original payment method) can be issued.
Made to order, sale items & custom orders are final sale.
Shipping
Most packages ship priority mail with tracking & insurance. Expedited shipping available by request (I will make a custom shipping listing tailored to your need)
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they ship.
Custom Orders
I love custom work & will carefully consider all requests. Feel free to message me with your request with as much detail & refrence as possible. I will not duplicate others designs but I will put my spin on classics & create your dream item within my standards of creative integrity. I am happy to discuss & involve you in the build as much or little as you would like along the way.
Once accepted I require a deposit or payment in full. Deposits are non refundable as they serve to cover design time & materials. By paying the deposit you are obligated & agree to pay in full. I will not begin work until a deposit is made & will ship your item after it is paid in full.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom work.
